We loved "Myrtle Beach Bike Week". Five of us went this year. Next year all 10 are going as there was so much to do. The group of us go to 1 or 2 bike weeks a year and we decided to return next year to Myrtle Beach bike week. --Did misplace my camera at SBB but besides that fantastic. Prices are great and the ocean water was warm ...........Phil - Syracuse, NYMy husband and I are from Kentucky and we recently went to our very first myrtle beach bike week ever. At first, we thought that it was going to be a bunch of annoying bikers on thier hogs but boy were we wrong. We loved it so much that we are now getting us a bike so we can get ready for the bike week coming up in May. We did not know how fun it would be until we went. These people can party like no other and what I liked the best about them is that they do know how to have fun. So, we will see you all at bike week in May. See you all there!!.... The Sun, the Ocean and your Harley, what else do you need. 99% of all bikers are the friendliest people in the world and know how to party and have a good time. This is our fifth year at MB bike week and dont plan to stop any time soon.... See you at Suck Bang Blow and the Rat hole.... - Hopwood, PA
Once, just once do this deal. even if you don't have a bike ya gotta see it and have a real wild and crazy week. Some bikers are the best, some are not but all in all who would believ the wild times? Worth doing. Get your Harley regalia and get down baybeeeeeeeeee. - West Virginia
I'm a military brat/spouse who graduated from a high school in Myrtle Beach, SC. I've occasionally dropped into town every few years and have NEVER been to MBBW -- seemed to miss it every single time in between relocations. The Spring Bike Rally was our first and certainly not our last. We traded our bike for an Iron Horse at one of the dealers set up in a mall parking lot. There were accessories, clothing, Carl's speed shop (where we got a precision tuneup), LED booths, and plenty of food! In addition, we were able to ride with some local friends to Suck Bang Blow (Thaat's Right!), Sundown(er) in Surfside Beach (open 24 hrs), Dead Dog Saloon, HD Spokes, Irongate and Softtails just to name a few. Locals are tolerant of bikers. Quite a few ride their golf carts up to Hwy 17 & park for hours just to watch the bikes roll by. I took over 500 pictures! Restaurants stay open later and offer lots of discounts. Over 300,000 bikes were estimated to have rolled thru MB! Best time we've had in a long time! Altho we won't make the Fall Bike Rally this year we will be back in May 06!- Florida
I visited myrtle beach bike week by accident a couple years ago and was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere. I was expecting a noisy, unbearable week, but found much the opposite. The bikers were very polite, excellent drivers and just a lot of fun to be around. I especially enjoyed the extended hours at the stores and restaurants due to the bikers. This week provided great enjoyment.... Kimberly - Raleigh, NC
